Download and install Office 2019 on a PC or Mac Guide (Mandatory)

Download Office 2019

Download MS Office from the link below.  Once the download is complete please right click on the downloaded file and mount it.  See Figure

Double Click Setup

After mounting, double click the setup file and install

Installation in Progress

Depending on your browser, select Run (in Edge or Internet Explorer), Setup (in Chrome), or Save File (in Firefox).

If you see the User Account Control prompt that says, Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? select Yes.

The install begins.

​Install and Activate

Finish Install

Your install is finished when you see the phrase, "You're all set! Office is installed now" and an animation plays to show you where to find Office applications on your computer. Select Close.

Office Activate

Open an Office App, to open an Office app, select the Start button (lower-left corner of your screen) and type the name of an Office app, like Word.

If you have Windows 8.1 or 8.0, type the name of an Office app on the Start screen.

Go to File>Account and you will see Activation Required and Click Activate Product and enter the provided Product Key.

Activate Software via Phone

To activate Office 2019, It is mandatory to select " I want to activate the software by telephone" and click Next.

​Installation ID and Confirmation ID

Get Installation ID Details

​Another pop-ups will appear indicating your Installation ID, please screenshot it where we can see clearly the digits or copy it and send it to us via email or chat message, for we will be the one to call Microsoft support for your Confirmation ID.

Enter Confirmation ID

Once we received the mail containing the screenshot of the Installation ID, we will call MS support to get the Confirmation ID (around 5 minutes). We will send you the Confirmation ID for you to enter and activate.

Activation Verification

To verify your activation, Open an Office App, to open an Office app, select the Start button (lower-left corner of your screen) and type the name of an Office app, like Word.

If you have Windows 8.1 or 8.0, type the name of an Office app on the Start screen.

Go to File>Account and you will see Product Activated.
